Every year the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the examination for the selection of eligible candidates for recruitment to the vacant posts of Secretariat Assistant, Lower Division Clerk, Postal Assistant and Data Entry Operator in various Ministries and allied departments of the Central Government. The notification for this Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) level examination for the year 2021 was released by the commission on 1 February 2021. Let us inform that SSC had announced the release of notification for its examination year 2021 CHSL exam on 1 February 2022 in the exam schedule released for the year 2021-22.

With the release of SSC CHSL 2021 notification by the Staff Selection Commission, the process of applying for the advertised posts has also started. In such a situation, the candidates who want to appear in the first phase i.e. Tier 1 examination proposed in May 2022, will be able to apply by visiting the official website of the Commission after the release of notification for CHSL examination 2021 of Staff Selection Commission. Candidates should note that SSC has fixed 7 March 2022 as the last date to apply for CHSL Exam 2021.

Under the application process, the candidates have to visit the website of the commission and click on the registration link given on the home page. After this, the candidates will have to fill and submit the asked details on the new page. After this, candidates will be able to submit their application by login with the help of their User ID and Password. During the application, the candidates will also have to pay the fee prescribed by the commission, which can be paid through online means.

Qualification for SSC CHSL Exam

As per the earlier notification issued by SSC CHSL, candidates wishing to apply for SSC CHSL 2021 must have passed 12th class or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. Also, the age of the candidates should be between 18 years to 27 years in the year of examination.
